DHR policies

• Deposits are non refundable with exceptions of death of a puppy or not enough of a gender. 

Deposits are transferable for 1 calendar year.

• We do not allow home pickups/ visits for the purpose of personal and bio security. Videos, pictures, FaceTime, will all be available upon request. 

• All puppies are sold on limited registration non breeding contracts until the dog is 2 years of age and has passed required health testing. Full registration/breeding rights will be granted at no additional cost once those requirements are met.
Exceptions available for show/sport homes with breeder being listed as co owner until previous listed requirements being met. 

• We DO NOT sell puppies in order of “Picks”. We DO NOT sell specific puppies until after 7 weeks of age.

• Puppies are matched to owners based on each family’s unique needs, requirements and lifestyle. Buyers CAN specify what litter, Gender, Coat length and standard or liver. 

Puppy matches are made based upon 

- Information provided by the buyer in the puppy application

- Temperament testing scores (conducted at 7 weeks of age) 

- Conformation evaluations 

- Breeder Observations

If multiple puppies are suitable for a buyer, the buyer will be offered choice of those puppies in order of the waitlist. 

• All puppies will be microchipped before leaving.  

• We retain the right to refuse service to anyone.
